Today is the longest day of the year and the official start of
Soon the lakes will get warmer, the mosquitoes less hungry, and fruit will start to ripe. We’ll be eating ice cream and diving into the water, sitting around campfires (if it doesn’t get too dry), and camping in the woods. We might also be dancing in the rain and watching old cars driving through the villages.
After 2 quiet years, we’ll be welcoming friends and family and hopefully, share the joy and beauty of the north with them.
Summer, we welcome you!
